After retention periods expire, we securely delete or de-identify your information.

• Professional Advisors: Auditors, legal advisors (under confidentiality)
• Regulatory Bodies: FSCA, SARS, Financial Intelligence Centre (as required by law)

We do NOT sell your information to third parties.

Your calculator data may be processed using:

• Claude AI (Anthropic): Based in USA, with state-of-the-art data protection
• AWS Cloud Services: EU-Central region (Frankfurt) with GDPR (EU data protection law) compliance

These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards and data processing agreements, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request what personal information we hold
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Objection: Object to certain processing activities
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw Consent: Unsubscribe from marketing at any time
