Well-capitalised Cape Town startup seeks full-stack developers

Well-capitalised wealth management startup seeks extremely talented TypeScript/React/Node.js developers to help pioneer full stack AI wealth management and financial advisory services. You must have experience designing and building large and complex (yet maintainable) systems, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. You should have a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent. Top-notch communication and product taste is essential. Familiarity with AI agents, LLM orchestration, vector databases, and RAG systems would be helpful but is not necessary.

This is a founding engineer role. You'll have equity, autonomy, and enormous responsibility. Our vision is to scale with as few humans as possible through intelligent automation and AI agents.

The site you are on was built solely by a non-technical founder guiding AI agents. If you don't believe vibe coding and full stack AI development can 100x productivity, or if you want stability and a predictable 9-5, this opportunity isn't for you.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers. Must be willing to relocate to Cape Town (we will help cover moving costs).

Your compensation will be enough to live on, and include meaningful equity ownership.
